Three ways to work together.
Every engagement is tailored to where your business is today. These are the shapes it usually takes, and each one starts with a call.
Build
From nothing in place to a marketing engine that runs.
For companies starting from zero, or starting over. We decide who you’re for and why they should care, give it a brand that says so, and build the funnel that turns attention into customers. Then we launch it.
What you get
- Positioning and messaging
- Brand identity and voice
- Website, built with partners
- Funnel and launch plan
- Tracking you can trust from day one
A good fit if
- You’re launching a product or a company
- Your marketing grew by accident and needs a real foundation
- You want one person accountable for the whole plan
Websites are built with trusted partners. I set the strategy first and stay accountable for the result. They do the development.

Improve
Find the wasted spend. Keep what works.
For companies spending plenty and unsure what’s working. I go through the channels, the funnel, and the numbers, show you where the money leaks, and then we cut, repair, and improve the quality.
What you get
- A spend and channel audit
- Funnel repair
- SEO, email and automation, paid media
- A plan for what to stop, keep, and start
- Reporting that answers “is this working?”
A good fit if
- Your budget grows and your results don’t
- Nobody can say which half of the spend is working
- You’d rather improve what you have than start over

Scale
More of what works, with someone owning it.
For companies with traction that need marketing to carry more weight. I act as your fractional marketing lead: I own the full funnel, manage the partners, and report on what the spend is earning.
What you get
- Full-funnel ownership
- Partner and freelancer management
- Paid media and lifecycle email
- Monthly reporting tied to growth
- A senior marketer without a full-time hire
A good fit if
- Something works and you need more of it
- You’re not ready for a full-time head of marketing
- Investors or a board will ask about the numbers

How it starts
No packages and no price list. Every engagement is scoped to your business, in writing, before any work begins.
- Request a call Tell me where your marketing is today through the contact form.
- We talk A conversation about your business, your numbers, and what you’ve tried.
- You get a proposal Scope, timeline, and cost, tailored to what we discussed.
- We start Strategy first, then the work that proves it.
Questions people ask first
Do you do the work, or only the strategy?
Both. Strategy always comes first, and then I stay on to make it happen. In Scale, I own the full funnel. For websites and heavy production, I bring in trusted partners and stay accountable for the result.
Do you build websites?
Only as part of Build. I lead the strategy and the brief, and trusted partners do the development.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so there’s no price list. After our call you get a written proposal with scope, timeline, and cost.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
B2B and B2C, in markets across the Americas. I’m a particularly good fit for women-led businesses, education and mission-driven organizations, creative brands built around play, and tech companies.
Do you take on pro bono work?
Yes, one project each quarter: two months of workshops that end with a step-by-step plan, then six months of on-call support as my availability allows. Pitch your project.
Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Tell me where your marketing is today and what you want it to do. I’ll reply by email.
