10 years of making marketing pay for itself.

I’m Laura Liévano, a marketing strategist based in Montréal. I’ve spent 10 years on both sides of the table: in agencies, where you sell the plan, and in-house, where you live with it.

I build, improve, and scale marketing engines.

Some companies come to me with nothing in place. Some are spending plenty and can’t tell what’s working. Some have something that works and need it to carry more weight. In every case, you end up with three things: a clear brand, a system your team can run, and growth you can measure.

I’ve worked in both B2B and B2C, in markets across the Americas. The job has always come down to the same question: is this money doing anything?

I start with strategy. When the plan needs a new website or heavy production, I bring in trusted partners to build, and I stay accountable for the results. You get one person who owns the thinking, without paying an agency to send six people to a status meeting.

What that looks like

Many of my clients are companies I used to work for. That’s the best review I’ll ever get.

Build

Took an AI productivity app from zero marketing to its first 1,000 users and a native app launch.

Improve

Cut an education company’s marketing spend while improving quality, and helped it win international partnerships.

Scale

Owned the full funnel for a fintech startup later acquired by a global payments leader.

How I work

  • I tell you what I see. Bringing up what others have left out.
  • If a number is an estimate, I say so. And I show you what it’s based on.
  • Every recommendation comes with the reason. So you can make the next call without me.
  • I improve what you’ve built. Before suggesting you start over.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Tell me where your marketing is today and what you want it to do. I’ll reply by email.
